Breezer's whole idea is to measure the network, never the person. Our privacy approach follows the same principle: we collect as little as possible, we tell you plainly what we collect, and we never sell your personal data.
This policy covers the Breezer waitlist at breezernet.com. Breezer is operated by Nvenity LLC. If you have questions, contact us at privacy@breezernet.com.
When you sign up, we collect:
We use your contact details on the basis of your request to be notified about the launch. We save your city and country only on the basis of your explicit consent (the checkbox), for the specific purpose of planning where to open the beta. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see below).
Your signup is stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, our infrastructure provider, on our behalf. It stays within our own account. We don't send it to third-party marketing or analytics services.
We keep your signup until the beta has opened in your region and you've either joined or told us you're no longer interested, after which we remove it within a reasonable period. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will.
You can, at any time, ask us to:
Just email privacy@breezernet.com and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (Europe/UK) or the CCPA (California); we honour those requests regardless of where you are.
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Since we're pre-launch, expect this policy to grow more detailed as Breezer becomes a full product — but the core promise (measure the network, not the person; never sell your data) won't change.
